History: Born on a day of an eclipse, Wren was born to an unknown father and a good, determined mother, who was once a Marine captain. Brought up in the best schools money could buy and tutored by many a famous face, she had a few close friends and together they trained up to become strong members of the Marines in the future. By the age of thirteen, she was already well on the way toward her goal, when all hell broke loose.
On her 14th birthday, what should have been her celebration turned into terror as she and her friends were attacked by a group of bounty hunters who had gained her name from an unnamed source. Struggling to accept that as the truth, she refused to fight, and wanted more and more to escape whilst she still could. Despite this, her group was surrounded by low level bounty hunters, ands she and her friends, though difficult, thought them off with sticks, stones and wooden swords. It would be a time before they returned with a more serious mindset...
Meanwhile, it was revealed that her bounty was false ands that they were assassins, who were actually from a branch of the government who dealt with pirates and their families. It was at this point that she realised her father was a pirate, and the rewason he left was to escape his fate. Enraged by this, she pleaded with her mother to tell her the truth. When she refused at that moment, she felt let down and betrayed, wishing her mother could have told her the truth from the very beginning.
The next few years were a fixed bag of anger and happiness. Her sudden realisation that she was the daughter of a pirate made her wonder about her roots. As she dug deeper, she realised she would have to resort to stealing and so became a thief, scraping together any information about him. In the end, all she found was a name and a bounty poster with her father's face clear as day. Her months of searching had a toll on her relationships, however, and soon became alone. Shrugging it off, she feared her hunters more and more, and trained in using a Katana and in navigation, should push come to shove. Then, the worst event in her life happened. Her mother, who battled illness for a good two years, passed away in her sleep, prompting her into a state of depression that soon passed as her uncle took over her mother's role and passed her some information that her father, far from being a prisoner, was alive and kicking in the new world. With this new information, she finally returned to her old self, though her trademark scowl would remain always.
In the last year, her hunters caught wind of her mother's death, and descended upon Loguetown to take her out. Her uncle fought against them, until he realised it was his former branch of the marines, and he was the one who let slip before he left that Wren's blood was that of a pirates. Though he was defeated by their leader, who had grown strong, he weakened him enough so that Wren could escape. However, at this point she entered the battle, and revoking both her marine and pirate blood, she beat him into submission and claimed that his job was hers. They fled, all except the defeated hunter, who showed a new found respect and promised never to hunt her namr again.
Recently, she left her home behind and began sailing up and down the east blue, now a bounty hunter looking for targets that caused trouble in her home sea. She longs for new friends and a new crew in order to find her father in the sea of seas...
